We love truly getting to know our clients so we can capture your inner beauty and the connection you share. We work with passionate, love-driven, creative, and inspired couples who value both artistry and experience. We’re especially drawn to natural light and beautiful outdoor settings, and often work with adventurous, nature-loving couples who feel most like themselves surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors.
We also want you to have a FABULOUS experience. From the moment you reach out through your wedding day, we prioritize making the process feel easy, exciting, and fully supported.
Once you inquire, Danielle will be your main point of contact—helping schedule calls, answer emails, and guide you through the entire process. She also assists with timeline creation and refinement to ensure your day flows smoothly and every meaningful moment is thoughtfully planned for.
Behind the scenes, we check the availability of our team and intentionally build the perfect fit for your wedding day. We carefully pair the right lead photographer with a complementary second shooter or assistant, ensuring your day is documented seamlessly and in a way that reflects your vision and energy.
The first step toward working together is simply determining if we’re the perfect fit. We’d love to connect in person, over the phone, or online. And when we decide we’re a match made in heaven, we’ll move forward with selecting your collection and officially booking your date!

Exclusive Lead Photographer Upgrade
While Danielle Holman & Co. operates as a thoughtfully curated and exceptionally talented team, some couples feel a strong connection to Danielle’s personal artistry and presence. Danielle may photograph weddings booked without the upgrade, but her presence as the guaranteed lead photographer is reserved only for those who choose the upgrade. For couples who wish to have Danielle exclusively as their lead photographer, she can be reserved for your wedding day, based on availability, for an additional $2,000 for elopement collections or $3,500–$5,000 for wedding collections. Danielle only serves as lead photographer for a limited number of weddings each year, so we recommend reserving this upgrade early. In the rare event that Danielle is unable to serve as your lead photographer after this reservation, the additional fee will be fully refunded.

Photography is great for sharing printing and reminiscing on all of the memorable moments you experienced with your loved ones on your wedding day. But the cherry on top of the photography proverbial cake is watching a video. My wedding video still brings me to tears and back to the exact feelings of my wedding day. I believe that along with photography it was the best decision I could have made for me wedding.

Step 3 - Albums, prints + Canvas
Remember your special day with a beautifully crafted album.
An album tells the story of your day, making it easy reminisce as you turn the pages. Share it with those friends and loved ones that were not able to make it.
You’ll have the ability to design and order your custom wedding album, fully tailored to your preferences. Albums can be customized by size, cover, materials, and number of pages to best showcase your wedding day. Pricing starts at $500 and varies based on the options you select.
Digital files are great for sharing online but the prints and albums are the best way to reminisce on all of the memorable moments you experienced with your loved ones on your wedding day.
We encourage you to start thinking about how you want to see your wedding pictures printed. However you decide to display your images I will help guide you through the process of choosing the absolute best heirloom for you and your family.
Prints and canvas can be a fun way to fill your house with beautiful artworks and memories of your family! You may order prints, canvas, mounted prints, or metal prints directly from your online gallery. The
photos are printed at the nation’s premier print lab and look so pretty! The best news is that prints are competitively priced, so
you’ll be well taken care of and it’s easy!

Step 4 - Engagement Session
Engagement sessions are important because it gives us a chance to get to know each other and have some fun together. We can find a nice hike or a easy trail to walk along while we exchange stories and take pictures. We always welcome your pets and any ideas or object that have a special significance to you. We may prompt you to dance, move or kiss here and there. If it's possible I encourage you to book me for an engagement session or at least meet us in person so that you feel relaxed and excited when we show up to photograph your entire wedding.
We have never had an engagement session yet where we didn't end beaming and smiling like we have two knew friends.
Session Fees
$700 for 1 hour and an online gallery with all the digital edited images
Step 5 - Securing our Services

Pay Retainer Fee
Your retainer fee will be stated in your contract. I accept checks, cash, bank transfers and credit card for payment.
OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT
1) You can Zelle me at DanielleHolmanWedding@gmail.com or we can send you an invoice via QuickBooks and by clicking on the link and entering your information you will transfer money from your bank account to mine.
2) Make a check out to Danielle Holman + send in the mail.
3) Pay via Square (you will have to cover the 3.5% charge) You can call me or slide your CC in Person.
4) Pay using Paypal (you will have to cover the 3% charge) I will send you an invoice via Paypal and you will click on the link to enter in your card information.
5) Meet up in person to pay cash.
Once I receive both your contract and payment, you will be officially booked for my photography services!
Once you have decided which collection you would like, we will send you a e-sign contract via e-mail and an invoice.
Step 6 Custom Timeline

Based on my years as a wedding photographer, I feel confident estimating how much
time I’ll need for aspects of the day!
I want your whole wedding to revolve around the things that are most important top you and also make sure you'll get the best results for photography. We can grab a drink and chat, talk on the phone or e-mail back and forth! Seriously, I'm here to help and want to make you feel well taken care of!
What do you mean custom timeline?
Some people hire a wedding planner and if you do that's fantastic because I can work alongside them to figure out what is best for your day. If you didn't hire one don't fret, I can help you by asking you questions like:
1. Where will you be getting ready?
2. If you’re not getting ready at the ceremony location, how far is the bridal prep location from the ceremony location?
3. What time is the ceremony?
4. What time is the cocktail hour and reception?
5. Are you planning to see the groom before the ceremony for portraits?
Once I have the answers to these questions, I’ll send an outline of a perfect wedding timeline to make life much easier for you!
Step 7 - Post Wedding Delivery
First you will receive a sneak peek within 1 week after your wedding day via e-mail and/or text.
When to expect your photos after your wedding day:

Second you will receive an online gallery within 4 to 6 weeks after your wedding. You will be able to share that gallery with friends and family and order high quality prints and canvas from that gallery.

If a USB or album is included in your collection, you will receive your USB and album in the mail within 4 to 12 months after your wedding date.

Yes you may order prints, canvas, mounted prints, or metal prints directly from your online gallery. Read STEP 3 for more details.
Bride + Groom: "We are super camera shy!"
No worries! We will take both photojournalistic pictures that capture the best parts of your day and help you into natural poses! We may also share a few stories and laughs
Do you make custom wedding albums + how much?
You’ll have the ability to design and order your custom wedding album directly from your online gallery. Albums are fully customizable, allowing you to choose the size, cover, materials, and number of pages that best showcase your wedding day. Pricing varies based on the size, materials, and cover you select.

When can we expect to see the photos after our wedding day?
YES, we travel! We travel 2 hours drive away from Sedona Arizona with no extra Fees! We do charge for Travel and Room + board for out of state and out of country. Let's chat about it!

Hi, I’m Danielle—the heart, creative, and biggest cheerleader behind it all. I’m a Sedona-based photographer, a lover of golden light, real connection, and all the in-between moments that most people don’t even realize are happening. Photography, for me, has never just been about pretty images—it’s about feeling. The quiet, the wild, the emotional, the deeply joyful… all of it.
I grew up surrounded by Sedona’s beauty, which probably explains why I’m so drawn to nature, light, and that sense of grounded magic. I later earned my BFA in Photography from ASU, but honestly, my love for this started long before that—photographing friends, family, and anyone who would let me create something with them.
These days, not much has changed. My clients still feel like “my people,” and somewhere along the way, many of them become friends. That connection is everything to me—and it’s what allows me to capture you in a way that feels real, not forced.
Outside of weddings, I’m a yogi, a mama, a wife, and a total animal lover. I have two dogs of my own, and if you’re thinking about including your pets in your session or wedding day—I’m already 100% on board. I’m just as comfortable hiking in boots or wearing yoga pants as I am admiring all the thoughtful, beautiful details of a wedding day—and I genuinely love both sides of that world.
I’ll hype you up, calm you down, fix your hair if needed, and probably tear up behind the camera at least once. It’s just who I am.

While I’m your main point of contact and deeply involved in the planning experience, my team also independently photographs weddings—and they bring the same level of care, creativity, and energy to every celebration.
