What most people do not realize is that they spend practically whole wedding day with their photographers. The photographer is there for the most intimate moments, and it's vitally important to find the right style and friendly personalities to work with.
We love truly getting to know our clients so that we can capture your inner beauty and love for one another. We work with passionate, love driven, creative and inspired Brides and Grooms. They choose us for our helpful presence and artistic ability to capture the greatest and truest expressions of their love.
We often incorporate natural light and nature as the perfect backdrops and so tend to love working with adventurous, outdoorsy and nature loving couples!
We also want you to have a FABULOUS experience and will do our best to make that a priority throughout the wedding planning process and on your actual day!
The first step towards working with us is determining if we are the perfect fit for you! We would love to get to know you in person, over the phone or online, When we determine we’re a match made in heaven, we’ll move on to the package selection and booking process!

Photography is great for sharing printing and reminiscing on all of the memorable moments you experienced with your loved ones on your wedding day. But the cherry on top of the photography proverbial cake is watching a video. My wedding video still brings me to tears and back to the exact feelings of my wedding day. I believe that along with photography it was the best decision I could have made for me wedding.

Step 3 - Albums, prints + Canvas
Remember your special day with a beautifully crafted album.
An album tells the story of your day, making it easy reminisce as you turn the pages. Share it with those friends and loved ones that were not able to make it. Here is information on pricing and options for ordering additional albums.

Digital files are great for sharing online but the prints and albums are the best way to reminisce on all of the memorable moments you experienced with your loved ones on your wedding day.
We encourage you to start thinking about how you want to see your wedding pictures printed. However you decide to display your images I will help guide you through the process of choosing the absolute best heirloom for you and your family.
Prints and canvas can be a fun way to fill your house with beautiful artworks and memories of your family! You may order prints, canvas, mounted prints, or metal prints directly from your online gallery. The
photos are printed at the nation’s premier print lab and look so pretty! The best news is that prints are competitively priced, so
you’ll be well taken care of and it’s easy!

Step 4 - Engagement Session
Engagement sessions are important because it gives us a chance to get to know each other and have some fun together. We can find a nice hike or a easy trail to walk along while we exchange stories and take pictures. We always welcome your pets and any ideas or object that have a special significance to you. We may prompt you to dance, move or kiss here and there. If it's possible I encourage you to book me for an engagement session or at least meet us in person so that you feel relaxed and excited when we show up to photograph your entire wedding.
We have never had an engagement session yet where we didn't end beaming and smiling like we have two knew friends.
Session Fees
$700 for 1 hour and an online gallery with all the digital edited images
Step 5 - Securing our Services

Pay Retainer Fee
Your retainer fee will be stated in your contract. I accept checks, cash, bank transfers and credit card for payment.
OPTIONS FOR PAYMENT
1) You can Zelle me at DanielleHolmanWedding@gmail.com or we can send you an invoice via QuickBooks and by clicking on the link and entering your information you will transfer money from your bank account to mine.
2) Make a check out to Danielle Holman + send in the mail.
3) Pay via Square (you will have to cover the 3.5% charge) You can call me or slide your CC in Person.
4) Pay using Paypal (you will have to cover the 3% charge) I will send you an invoice via Paypal and you will click on the link to enter in your card information.
5) Meet up in person to pay cash.
Once I receive both your contract and payment, you will be officially booked for my photography services!
Once you have decided which collection you would like, we will send you a e-sign contract via e-mail and an invoice.

Based on my years as a wedding photographer, I feel confident estimating how much
time I’ll need for aspects of the day!
I want your whole wedding to revolve around the things that are most important top you and also make sure you'll get the best results for photography. We can grab a drink and chat, talk on the phone or e-mail back and forth! Seriously, I'm here to help and want to make you feel well taken care of!
What do you mean custom timeline?
Some people hire a wedding planner and if you do that's fantastic because I can work alongside them to figure out what is best for your day. If you didn't hire one don't fret, I can help you by asking you questions like:
1. Where will you be getting ready?
2. If you’re not getting ready at the ceremony location, how far is the bridal prep location from the ceremony location?
3. What time is the ceremony?
4. What time is the cocktail hour and reception?
5. Are you planning to see the groom before the ceremony for portraits?
Once I have the answers to these questions, I’ll send an outline of a perfect wedding timeline to make life much easier for you!
Step 7 - Post Wedding Delivery
First you will receive a sneak peek within 1 week after your wedding day via e-mail and/or text.
When to expect your photos after your wedding day:

Second you will receive an online gallery within 4 to 6 weeks after your wedding. You will be able to share that gallery with friends and family and order high quality prints and canvas from that gallery.

If a USB or album is included in your collection, you will receive your USB and album in the mail within 4 to 12 months after your wedding date.
I ALWAYS DO MY BEST TO GET YOUR IMAGES BACK TO YOU AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND WANT TO ENSURE YOU ARE GETTING THE HIGHEST QUALITY PROFESSIONALLY EDITED PHOTOS. WITH THAT IN MIND PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TIME FRAMES ARE WHAT I AIM FOR BUT ARE NOT ALWAYS A GUARANTEE.

May I order prints or canvas from you?
Yes you may order prints, canvas, mounted prints, or metal prints directly from your online gallery. Read STEP 3 for more details.
Bride + Groom: "We are super camera shy!"
No worries! We will take both photojournalistic pictures that capture the best parts of your day and help you into natural poses! We may also share a few stories and laughs
Do you make custom wedding albums + how much?
Yes! I do make custom wedding Albums and the cost will depend on the book size and how many pages you wish to have. Generally Albums start out at $1000 and go up from there. Read STEP 3 for more details.

When can we expect to see the photos after our wedding day?
YES, we travel! We travel 2 hours drive away from Sedona Arizona with no extra Fees! We do charge for Travel and Room + board for out of state and out of country. Let's chat about it!

Kaleo Mattern is my husband and my second shooter. If he is not available my very talented associates and second shooter include Chandler, Gabby, Amber and Bre. When all of them are not available I have a list of several other talented photographers in Arizona who are always happy to help out when they can!

Hello there! I’m Danielle and my job rocks! I'm a full-time business owner and photographer based out of Sedona AZ. My team and I shoot a ton of weddings every year. In between weddings we photograph lifestyle portraits for families, couples, and artists or entrepreneurs. I do what I do because I love helping other plan a wedding that will include excellent photography out comes. I also love challenging my creativity behind the lens, and working with a spectacular team to capture the most unforgettable moments in people’s lives.
Being born and raised in Sedona the sedona “vibes” helped me to grow physically, spiritually, and emotionally. I’ve always been encouraged to do things I love and I was surrounded by a community, friends, & family. I guess it’s easy to see how my creativity flourished. While I fell in love with the art of photography and got my BF Arts in Photography at ASU from 2009 -2013, my friends and family acted as my models. Now my clients often become friends and so it still feels so natural for me to be photographing my clients and their loved ones!
I’m also a hopeless romantic, photographer, yogi, & adoring wife and mother. I love supporting others, so I'm always lending an ear to anyone who needs love & support.
If you catch me on any old day you won’t be surprised to see my wearing yoga pants or a t-shirt & you might think I’m a little Tom-boyish on the outside. BUT just below the surface you might be surprised to discover I’m super feminine and girly too. It’s true...and you wanna know a secret? It makes a better photographer because I deeply understand my clients who don’t wear a lot of make up and just want to be outdoors and I can give them tips! BUT I also appreciate the ones who wear super high heels 👠 and are willing to carry them to the top of a mountain!
I love my two dogs Liberty and Bear. We always welcome pets in my photoshoots! I am likely way too ambitious for my own good sometimes, but I always make time to meditate and try to cultivate inner peace. So that’s me in a nutshell.
