This intimate celebration was a dream to shoot as Sedona Wedding Photographers. It was an honor to witness and capture Natalie and Matt’s deep connection and love for one another. I mean, just look at the way they look at each other! Kaleo and I were connected to Natalie and Matt through a serendipitous chain of events, and were ecstatic that we were available on short notice to photograph their special day!
Their friend who was going to take pictures for them had a personal emergency, and couldn’t make it to the wedding. After that news, Natalie contacted us a week before the wedding date. When we looked at our calendar, we had 3 other photo-shoots scheduled that week, including the day before and the day after. It seemed like it must have been fate!
Natalie and Matt are full of positive and uplifting energy, and are amazing people. They made us both feel so welcome to be a part of their day. They attract and surround themselves with similar minded people, and all their close friends and family, us included, were so happy for the two lovebirds. After the ceremony, we took them to one of our favorite places for photography in Sedona. Its a trail called Secret Slide Rock. The sun filtering through the desertscape makes for stunning photos. The best part though, is after a short distance, the trail opens up to this expansive red rock vista, with beautiful views of Sedona’s rock formations. Especially great, up close views of Cathedral Rock.
They are both super talented, and make beautiful, custom designed furniture and home decor. Check out their creations! See that beautiful arch… yep they made it! As Sedona wedding photographers, we see a lot of arches and all the shapes and styles they come in. Theirs was so unique and caught the glow of the sun in a magical way. Danielle expressed how much she loved the arch and they straight up gifted it to us. We were blown away at the generosity. and we are excited to use it for our wedding day =)
